T3 Vakfı Visited Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro in the Field of Education and Science


T3 Vakfı paid important visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro between July 25-29 in order to strengthen cooperation in the fields of education, science and technology.

 
The Vakfı Chairman of the Board of Directors Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Education and R&D Coordinator Merve Koçoğlu, and Montenegro Officer Muhammed Can Veyseli participated in these visits and held meetings with important institutions and authorities in the region.

Within the scope of the visit in Bosnia and Herzegovina, T3 Vakfı delegation, Bosnian Deputy Minister of Defense Dr. Sead Muratović, Minister of Education of Sarajevo Canton Naida Hota-Muminović, Turkish Ambassador to Sarajevo Sadık Babür Girgin, Sarajevo Education Counselor Dr. Faruk Berat Akçeşme, Rector of the International University of Sarajevo Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım, TIKA Sarajevo Coordinator Erdinç Işık, Deputy Director of the Yunus Emre Institute in Sarajevo Ersin Akbulut, Maarif Foundation Country Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Yakup Gül and Advanced University of Sarajevo. 

T3 Vakfı delegation attended the signing ceremony of Bilim Ülgün Cooperation Protocol. During the meetings with Prof. Dr. Andjela Jaksic-Stojanovic, Minister of Education, Innovation and Science of Montenegro, Barış Kalkavan, Ambassador of Turkey to Podgorica, and Genci Nimanbegu, Mayor of Ülgün, information was given about the projects carried out by T3 Vakfı. In addition, the details of the Science Ülgün center, which is planned to be established in Ülgün in November 2024, were shared.

The cooperation protocol within the scope of the Bilim Ülgün project was signed with the participation of Genci Nimanbegu, Mayor of Ulcinj, Nihal Ersoy, TIKA Montenegro Coordinator, Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Chairman of the Board of Directors of T3 Vakfı and Dr. Ilir Capuni, Founder of XL Labs.

These visits of T3 Vakfı stand out as important steps taken in line with the goal of furthering cooperation between Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro in the fields of education, science and technology. The T3 Vakfı will continue to contribute to scientific and technological developments through projects and partnerships in the region.
